WOULD YOU LIKE A BLESSING?

“All were baptized into Stewart Traill. In every sense of the word: his teaching, his concepts, his view on life, his skepticism of other Christians. Go and learn what this means”.

Blessed is he and blessed is she who is able to get free from the grip of Stewart Traill and the Church of Bible Understanding, and those who are able to overcome his lies and curses will have a great reward.

John Ten Bible Study

On March 11, 2011 - Dave & Cynthia, Jan Hilton and Dan Cooper

John 10:1 "Truly, truly, I say to you, he who does not enter the sheepfold by the door but climbs in by another way, that man is a thief and a robber;

Prophecy:

And I say unto you my children, anyone who tries to get to the sheep, who is not entitled to be with the sheep, has ulterior methods and motives.

They have motives that are impure.

They have interests that are not my interests.

My sheep are my own, and yet there are many, my children:

who traffic in the sheep,

who make a living off the sheep,

who take from the sheep,

who demand of the sheep,

who expect the sheep to do this and to do that.

To give finances,

to give devotion,

to give strength to them,

and they call it me!

They say, ‘This is God’s house, do this for God’

And yet they are only making themselves the beneficiary of my sheep.

For is not this what the leader of your former house did? (Dave: Yes)

Did he not traffic in the sheep? (Dave: Yes)

Did he not make great expectations of the sheep? (Dave: Constantly)

Did he not oppress the sheep?(Dave: Yes)

Did he give the sheep peace? (Dave & Jan: No)

Did he offer blessing, and comfort, and wisdom, and strength? (Jan: Never)

Or did he steal wisdom, and strength, and blessing, from them? (Dave: He stole wisdom, blessing and strength from them. Jan: Yeah)

Then he is a robber,

and a thief,

and cares nothing for the sheep.

And those who follow in his footsteps are ones like him.

For he who follows after, becomes that which you are emulating.

John 10:2 but he who enters by the door is the shepherd of the sheep.

And I say unto you my children,

he who knows the shepherd, knows peace.

He who knows the shepherd, knows grace.

He who knows the shepherd, knows comfort,

knows strength,

knows wisdom,

knows understanding,

knows hope,

knows joy,

knows all things that the shepherd has in his hands!

Those are the things that belong to the sheep!

And if some man comes to you and says that 'he’s a good shepherd’

and has not peace,

has not comfort,

has not blessing,

has not strength,

makes you feel uncomfortable,

oppresses you with his words,

than he is not a follower of the true shepherd!

He is a follower after his own desires,

and his own designs,

and has his own designs and desires to fulfill,

and does not fulfill the blessing of the Lord!

The Blessing of the LORD!

THE BLESSING OF THE LORD!

What is the blessing of the Lord, my children: but to know the Lord!?

To be filled by the things that he is filled with!

To be filled by the blessing of the Lord!

Let the Lord God bless you!

Be in his midst.

Let the Lord God be in your midst!

Allow the Lords presence in your heart, your mind, your soul, your body,

so that when those who are counterfeit come to you, you can say:

“This is not Jesus!”

“This is not the Savior!”

“You are not like the Jesus that I know!”

“The Jesus who loves me!”

“The true Savior!”

“He who cleanses hearts and minds and heals those who are in need of healing!

Who is not ashamed to meet with a tax collector,

or to meet with someone who is caught in the act of adultery.

He is not ashamed for those who come to him in their current condition,
with all the weaknesses that they have.

He is not ashamed!(Heb 2:11, Heb 11:6)

He is not ashamed of those who have weaknesses.
All he says is, “Come unto me” and “Bring it to me!”

If you are overcome by anything, “Bring it to me!”

If you need help with any thing, “Bring it to me!”

And watch the workings of the Lord God in your life!

Your brother was homeless, and he kept seeking the Lord.

And the Lord gave him jobs,

And the Lord gave him the finances that he needed,

and he kept increasing them;

because he sought me about his need.

He laid it before my feet.

So I say unto you my children, if you need help,

Lay it before the feet of the Lord!

Lay all your troubles before the feet of the Lord.

For it is the Lord God who is the shepherd of the sheep,

and it is the Lord Jesus who makes access to the Lord God.(Rom 5:2, Eph 2:18, Eph 3:12)

For it is the Lord Jesus who paved the way.

It is the Lord Jesus who makes you to know the Father,

to be known by him, he whom you seek!

For it is the best thing.

It is the best blessing.

It is the best blessing my children, to be known by the Lord!

Know then that the Lord your God is the shepherd of the sheep, and the Lord Jesus Christ is the only way to the Lord God.

John 10:3 To him the gatekeeper opens;

And this is very important my children, the sheep HEAR HIS VOICE!

If you hear his voice:

then you know HIS WILL FOR YOU!

and his call FOR YOU.

For you are not listening for someone else, but for yourself!

He who is wise, is wise for himself.(Job 22:2)

And blessed are you my children if you hear the voice of the Lord!

For this is the only way to please him,(2 Co 5:9, Heb 11:6),

if you hear his voice,

and you know his will,

then you can have confidence,

“I have done as my Lord has asked,

for his will is not burdensome to me,

his yoke is not heavy, to me.

It is appropriate, for me.

He does not burden me,

He lifts me up, he blesses me, he comforts me,

as often as I seek him he rewards me and blesses me and comforts me,

He takes away the things that oppress me and make me ill and gives me a new song!

The Lord your God waits to be gracious continually, it is his pleasure.(Heb 7:25, Ps 40:3)

It is his good pleasure to give you the kingdom. And he who desires the kingdom, he who desires to be with the Lord God, will have his desires fulfilled.

And if you do not have right desires, then say, “Lord God, I do not have right desires, give me right desires Lord God. Grant me peace. Comfort me in my inward being.

John 10:3 To him the gatekeeper opens; the sheep hear his voice, and he calls his own sheep by name and leads them out.

(John 10:3 To him the gatekeeper opens)

Indeed! Indeed! The gatekeeper opens to the Lord Jesus.

Who is the keeper of the sheep?

Is it not the Spirit of God?

And indeed the Lord Jesus calls his sheep by name, why?

Because he knows your name!

It is written upon his hands!

It is written upon his heart!

The Lord Jesus Christ looked forth to see who .. the labor of his travail (Is 53:11) and he knew my children, that it was worthwhile that what he did was valuable.
The Lord Jesus values you.

You my children are valuable.

You are precious.

You must walk in the confidence of your value.

Your value is priceless.

As your children are priceless to you.

Not that they don’t disappoint you from time to time, but you would never give your children up.

Indeed, the Lord your God loves you and the Lord Jesus Christ embrace you.

John 10:3 To him the gatekeeper opens; the sheep hear his voice, and he calls his own sheep by name and leads them out.

Prophecy:

And indeed my children I say unto you, THIS WAS AND IS, ONE OF THE MANY COUNTS AGAINST STEWART TRAILL, for if indeed he was ‘gold’ as he claimed to be, and if indeed he was like, or Jesus-like, he was following after Jesus, than would he not know at least the names of those who were in his charge?!

And Joe Carilli caught it right, when he said, at the Big Meeting to Stewart: “You don’t even know my name!" Little Davy McCrae knows my name and all the children know my name, but you do not know my name!”

This was an accurate charge and one that he could not wait to get beyond.

And so I say to you, would that conviction led to repentance.

Would that he would have humbled himself immediately and said, “You know Joe, you’re right, I should have known your name.

You’ve contributed to my airplanes,

my lavish passions.

Your strength has brought me a great deal of things and it’s wrong that I haven’t even known who was contributing to my interests,

my lusts,
the lust of the eyes and the pride of life.(1 Jn 2:6)

Those were his bed fellows.

Those were the things that mattered to him.

Did it matter to him who was working and doing jobs and using their sweat and strength, for his benefit?
So indeed, he was not a good shepherd.

Then he was a thief and a robber.

For he robbed the sheep and now there are some who would love to circumvent him, so that they might rob.

I say unto you, “Be watchful and be aware, the Lord Jesus Christ is a hard act to follow.

John 10:4 When he has brought out all his own, he goes before them, and the sheep follow him, for they know his voice.

Prophecy:

And this is very important:

The Lord Jesus went BEFORE his sheep,

he didn’t sequester himself away from the sheep,
he presented himself to the sheep.

The sheep were valuable to him.

He went before the sheep.

He didn’t send someone else to go before the sheep, even though he had many who would have gladly gone before him.

I say unto you, The Lord Jesus Christ, himself!
Himself, goes before the sheep! He didn’t chose a surrogate.

How many issues did Stewart Traill put off on someone else?

“You go do this.”

“You go do this”

Even the raising of his own children!

“You go spank my son.”

“You go do it."

"You do the dirty work”

While he was lusting after his own flesh, with the young women, as he continues to do before them all to this very day!

As though he was someone that was doing righteousness and did not forsake the ordinance of the Lord!(Is 58:2)

He wants everyone to look upon him as wonderful, and yet he does despicable things!

But the Lord Jesus Christ did not send someone else to do his job, he did it himself!

He went before the sheep his sheep knew him!

they recognized him,

they knew his voice,

they knew his rod and his staff,

they knew his guidance,

they knew his tenure: when he was happy or sad,

they knew that he would take them to green pastures,

they knew that he would take them to gentle waters,

they knew that he would lead them,

and guide them,

and comfort them,

and take out the briars,

and the thorns,

and the things that upset them.

Stewart Traill was not interested in the briars and the thorns of the body.

The sheep follow the shepherd, why?

Because they know him and they know his voice.

They had heard it and they longed for it.

Stewart got others to long after him,

but he did it through vile means,

through putting down one and lifting up another to the point that everybody wanted to be a teachers pet and yet, whoever was his pet could quickly become his prisoner!

John 10:5 A stranger they will not follow, but they will flee from him, for they do not know the voice of strangers."

Prophecy:

And this my children is the sadness of deception, for deception causes those who are weak to follow after that which is counterfeit.

The counterfeit is a false shepherd.

One that is not a true shepherd.

How many have been caught into the snare of the false shepherd?

Would that my people did flee from him, when he said he missed grace!

Would that they would have fled from him when they saw the multitude of things that he did contrary to the way that Jesus conducted himself.

They got caught into his snare, and loving the praise of Stewart more than the praise of God.(Jn 12:43)

Did they not live for his praise?

Whether he gave it to them or not,

they still longed for it

and desired after it

and what they sought, they hoped to find,

whether they ever found it or not

some lived for it, lived!

I am saying to you, that those who are interested in the love of money, does not necessarily mean they have money.

And those who are interested in the acceptance of man, doesn’t necessarily mean that they have the acceptance of man,

but it means their heart is caught up in desiring it.

So that is what they’re seeking,

‘He who seeks finds’ whether he ever finds it in abundance or not.

Those who were the least, who stayed around, now they have conversations, because if there’s only 20 left, he’s gotta talk to someone, not that there’s only 20, but you see the point.

If they were seeking it, then eventually they would find it, even if it’s only a shadow of what they wanted, but they seek, He who seeks, finds.

Would that my children were able to recognize that he’s a stranger and not a shepherd.

In one of Chris’s curses he said, “I never had a shepherd” boo hoo, he never was a shepherd either!

A stranger they will not follow.

Does this mean that they are not my sheep?

There are sheep who get lost.

There are sheep who fall into pits.

I’m saying they fell into a pit, it’s called COBU.

Would that they had someone to show them the way out of darkness, into the light, where there’s pasture.

Those who have been gnawing the desolate ground (Job 30:3) have forgotten what it’s like to have pasture, and in fact, wouldn’t know what to do with it if it was under their feet! Maybe trample it, poop on it, pee on it, and go find some more desolate ground.

Would that they heard the voice of the Lord.

Would that they knew the voice of the Lord.

This is the crux of the matter!
AND INDEED MY SON! I SAY UNTO YOU! THAT IT WAS A FLAME IN MY NOSTRILS WHEN CHRIS BLAISE LIFTED UP HIS VOICE IN HIS BEDROOM AND SAID,

“LET NOT THIS APPROACH PREVAIL!”

FOR WHAT WAS THE WORD OF THE LORD TO SAY TO THEM?

“DO YOU KNOW THE VOICE OF THE LOOOOOOOOOOOOORRRRRRRRRRRRDDDDDDDDDDD?!”

THIS IS WHAT I WANTED TO SAY TO MY CHILDREN,

“DO YOU KNOW THE VOICE OF THE LOOOOOOOOOORRRRRRRRRRRDDDDDDDDDD?!”

FOR THEY DID NOT KNOW THE VOICE OF THE LORD!

AND WOULD THAT I COULD HAVE ASKED THEM.

WOULD THAT I HAD THE FREEDOM!

LET THE LORD GOD BLESS HIS PEOPLE!

But they say, “NO! LET US BLESS HIS PEOPLE” in their own twisted ways!

They are not looking to bless his people, they are looking to rip off his people.

As their former mentor did, “So goes the shepherd, so goes the sheep.”

If you are reading this and do not know what this is referring to, you have only to ask.
The bottom line is, “Do you know the voice of the Lord?”

And that is what you will say,
“Do you know the voice of the Lord, Dave Richardson?”

“Do you know the voice of the Lord, Ave Hurley?”

For I am claiming to know the voice of the Lord.

Any of them, “Do you know the voice of the Lord?” that’s it.

For Paul said, “I desire to know nothing but Jesus crucified.” (1 Co 2:2)

Dave Simmons will say, “I desire to know: “Do you know the voice of the Lord?”
That’s it, that’s all I want to know!

It will be your key phrase forever, forever!

It is the Gospel of the Kingdom!

It is the Gospel of Peace!

It is Gospel of God!

It is the Gospel of Go!

You cannot go, if you do not hear!

In fact my son, you will compile a list of all the verses about hearing the voice of the Lord, to show the mighty importance of it, it will be your mandate.

John 10:6 This figure Jesus used with them …

Prophecy:

OK, why is it called a figure? Because not everybody sees it.

They don’t see the vital importance of it.

Following Jesus is something different to everyone.

I follow Jesus, because I go to church.

I follow Jesus because I give to the poor.

I follow Jesus because I read my Bible everyday.

I follow Jesus because, because, because, because… Because of the wonderful things he does!

I’m off to see the Wizard, the Wonderful Wizard of Oz, because, because, because, beCAUSSSSSSSE, Because of the wonderful things he does!

But Do they hear my voice?

John 10:5 " A stranger they will not follow, but they will flee from him, for they do not know the voice of strangers."

Prophecy:

And as I told you in North Carolina last summer, that I would show you how to teach them:

the voice of the Lord.

The voice of the Lord!

The VOICE of the Lord!

THE VOICE OF THE LORD!

For they will trip all over this one, as I said to you,

“You will not learn the voice of the Lord from the President,

or from this minister,

or that minister or that pastor.

The voice of the Lord!

And how many pastors, or ministers, or teachers speak on the voice of the Lord?

It is sorely lacking.

Do you hear my voice?

When I first came to you, “Do you hear my voice?”

“Who is it that is speaking to you?” And you said, “I know it is you Lord” then we can proceed.

But if you say it is a different voice, and it is not the Lord, there is no point in continuing.

When Samuel heard my voice when he was young, he thought it was Eli speaking to him, but it took several times before Eli figured out what was going on.(I Sa 3:9)

When you hear the voice the next time, say, “Yes Lord, I hear.”

And imagine, being a young prophet and to have to tell Eli what was about to happen to his family?

The voice of the Lord is peace.

John 10:6 This figure Jesus used with them, but they did not understand what he was saying to them.

Prophecy:

And what is it they didn’t get?

They didn’t get my children, the ramifications of the importance of who the shepherd is.

For they followed me my children, and yet, when push came to shove, what did Peter say, “I do not know him”.

So, though my children:

they saw countless miracles,

they saw the dead raised,

there are those healings,

and blessings that are written of in the word,

but there are multitude blessings and healings, that never were written about in the word,

where it says, “and all who came were healed” (Mt 4:24, 8:16, 12:15, Mk 3:10, Lk 4:40, 6:17-19, Ac 5:16)

So I am saying, these are those who witnessed all these things and yet when push came to shove, in the garden and at the last hour, they all fled, they went each to his own house. (Jn 7:53)

They did not know the vital importance, until the spirit of the Lord was made manifest to them.

The indwelling spirit, and this is key again to being able to hear the voice of the Lord.

How many came to The Church of Bible Understanding for a variety of reasons and got caught and trapped in its workings and never even received the spirit of the Lord?

They were in the group and they did the group activities.

If they went to a roller rink, they would roll around the room.

If they went to a ballet studio, they would ballet across the room.

They went to COBU, so they did the COBU things, but that doesn’t mean that they had the indwelling of the Holy Spirit. (Mk 1:23, Lk 4:33, Mt 7:22-24)

For do you think if your brother had the indwelling of the Holy Spirit, that he could go and get involved in all the gross things that he did choose?

How does that come into him my son, except through his knowledgeable choice?

What came into him my son, it was a knowledgeable choice.

He cast off restraint against something.(Pro 29:18)

He does not have it in himself to do right, for he has not chosen right for a very long time.(Rom 12:21)

And here is a dilemma my son, there is no point in competing for a mans heart, for I tell you my children, he had a great taste of what it’s like to know the Lord when you were in his midst, but that does not mean that he was comfortable with you, for you have witnessed his nakedness, and indeed you dealt kindly with him, and that is enough. That is enough! There is no point.

If you desire to chat with him and maybe as Tod used to say, hope that some of your words and thoughts would infiltrate the clouds and the dust and the damage.

You’re talking about damaged goods, my children, and sometimes, no matter how wholesome the household, the damage is sometimes too far gone,

but I say to you, “I hear your voice when you lift him up in prayer”

and it did something when he saw his name on your prayer list.

It affected him that you pray everyday

for him and
for the Blaise family and

for all those names on your prayer list,

it affected him, trust me,

it affected him to see what your prayer is!

Lift him up all the more!

For he has said, he doesn’t want the spirits coming back to him.

And you have every right to ask him:

How goes it with Step 1 and Step 2.

With regard to what Step 1 and Step 2 is, if you are curious please ask.

See if you can get a straight answer.

John 10:7 So Jesus again said to them, …

Prophecy:

And this is Jesus, like a parent trying to teach their children something: they go over it again, and again, and again.

It is not irksome, it is safe. (Phip 3:1)

And if they say unto you, “Why is your prayer so repetitive?”

It is not irksome to say the same things, it is safe, for you.

Jesus said again and did things again a great many times. (Lk 13:20, Jn 8:21, Jn 20:21),

Paul said, that he repeats the same things over and over.(Gal 1:9)

Not everyone gets things the first time.(Mk 10:24)

(Cynthia: Jn 10:7 we only read the first five words: So Jesus again said to them …)

John 10:7 So Jesus again said to them, "Truly, truly, I say to you, …

Prophecy:

The Lord Jesus Christ knows who he is!

He knows that he’s the way!

He knows that he’s the truth!

He knows that he’s the life! (Jn 14:6)

He knows that he’s the door! (Jn 10:7,9)

He knows that he’s the comforter! (Is 51:12, Is 66:3, 2 Co 1:4, 2 Co 7:6)

HE KNOWS, my children, WHO HE IS! (Jn 5:36, Jn 5:39, Jn 8:14, Jn 8:18)

And would that they who say they know him,

knew his voice,

knew his character and his conduct,

that they would not be deceived,

by those who do not emulate his character,

by those who do not emulate his conduct,

by those who do not follow after it;(Lk 3:11, Lk 10:37)
but I say to you, “He who is wise, is wise for himself”!(Pro 9:12, Pro 19:8, Job 22:2)

John 10:7 So Jesus again said to them, "Truly, truly, I say to you, I am the door of the sheep.

Prophecy:

Indeed, Jesus IS THE door!

The word “The” is the important word.

He’s the genuine article!

He is the only one by which you may enter!

He is the way in.

He is the way to the Father.

You could say that Jesus is THE way, the genuine article, “the”, the only way. (Jn 14:6, Mt 11:27)

So indeed, it goes without saying, that if he’s the only way,

that you need to know him, (Jn 8:55, Jn 14:7, 1Jn 2:3,4, 1 Jn 5:20)

his voice, (Jn 10:4, Jn 10:27, Ac 22:14)

his will, (Jn 7:17, Jn 8:32, Jn 9:31, Jn 13:35, Ac 22:14, Rm 2:18)

his power, (Jn 1:12, Rm 1:20, Eph 1:19, Eph 3:7, Php 3:10, Php 3:21, 2 Pe 1:3, 2 Pe 1:16, Rev 12:10)

his love, (Jn 15:10, Jn 15:13, Rm 8:39, Rm 13:8, Gal 5:6, Eph 1:5, Jude 1:21, 1 Jn 4:10)

his grace,(Jn 1:14, Jn 1:16, Jn 1:17, Rm 1:5, Rm 3:24)

his mercy! (Mt 9:13, Mt 12:7, Mk 5:19, Lk 1:50, Lk 10:37, Rm 9:15-18,23, Tit 3:5, 1 Pe 1:3)

He’s the door, he’s the way in!

He is “THE” answer, the only answer!

John 10:8 All …

Prophecy:

And now we have the opposite of ‘the’: ALL!

There’s Jesus and then there’s everything else.
(Cynthia: I only read the first word of this verse, Jn 10:8, word one: ALL.)

John 10:8 All who came before me are thieves and robbers; but the sheep did not heed them.

All who came before,

ALL who came seeking the sheep,

ALL who came looking for the lost,

for whatever reason, they did not know what the sheep needed!

They had their own interests at heart,

“I will have these sheep, for they have good wool.”

“I will have these sheep, for they have good milk.”

“I will have these sheep, because they are good for me”

Those who want the sheep for their own interests, not for the interest or the needs of the sheep, but for their own interests, looking to make profit from the sheep, are thieves and robbers.

Indeed, my daughter, you are right, this is speaking about healthy sheep,

those who are not easily led astray,

those who are not deceived,

those who don’t follow after someone who is counterfeit,

those who don’t believe the lies,

those who don’t trust those who have no good intentions for them.

Would that they were all healthy!

The fact of the matter is, most aren’t.

In some ways a healthy sheep is obnoxious, compared to those who follow after.

A healthy sheep is one that questions,

A healthy sheep is one that says, ‘Ah, this seems off to me’

The healthy were the ones who got the most grief in the group, the ones that had the most questions. (Dan: They question authority)

“He’s being rude isn’t he brothers?” Stewart said of a brother who had questions.

“Isn’t he being rude?”

And then Stewart Traill got all of them to jump on him.

He was the healthy sheep!

And yet, he didn’t have the strength within himself not to admit it.
In other words, they convinced him that he was being rude and he bought into it.

He wasn’t being rude!

He had a question!

He had a legitimate question!

Would that he would have stayed on track, for they always want you to get off track.

When Joe Carilli said to Stewart: “You don’t even know my name!

Jesus knows my name!

Davy knows my name!

Laura knows my name!

Why is it that you don’t know my name!

Now if he would have stayed on point, then Stewart couldn’t have tripped him up.

When Stewart asked, “Do you go witnessing?”

Joe Carilli should have turned around and said, “What does that have to do with what I just said?”

“Why are you changing the subject?”

Stay on point.

For as soon as he gets you into his territory, then he trips you up.

Joe Carilli said, “No, I don’t go witnessing, I’ve got a business to run.”

And this is also Chris’s little chirping voice too: "Do you go witnessing?"

“Well, if you don’t want to bear up for his names sake…” meanwhile, he doesn’t even know my name!

Would that he knew my name!

That the Lord is mercy and not sacrifice!

That the Lord is peace, and not an angry and haughty spirit!

John 10:9 I am the door; if any one enters by me, he will be saved, and will go in and out and find pasture.

Prophecy:

For the Lord Jesus Christ has pasture, and what is pasture but good food, it is what the sheep needs.

Pasture, is where and what the sheep eats, to sustain its life.

The shepherd knows where the good pasture is and he leads the sheep to it.

Would that my sheep heard my voice,

so that they could find pasture,

and that they could be fed,

and be healthy,

and have comfort,

and blessing,

and food,

and all the things that the sheep needs.

The pasture is not just the grass,

the pasture, my children, is all the things that the sheep needs to sustain his life.

The sheep needs water, that is pasture.

The sheep need rest, that is pasture.

The sheep need to be comforted, that is pasture.

Pasture is an all encompassing word that means, all the things the sheep needs.

The shepherd is the provider of it, of what the sheep needs.

The sheep needs to be guided out of danger.

The sheep needs guidance, for if it did not have the shepherd guiding him, he could walk off a cliff.

Pasture is what the sheep needs.

A robber and a thief is not interested in what a sheep needs.

A robber and a thief’s only interest is in what he can gain from the sheep.

A robber and a thief is not interested in the briars and thorns that accost the sheep.

He’s not interested in the fact that the sheep might be thirsty,

or tired or hungry,

or needing to lay down,

or a need to give birth.

There are many needs of the sheep, the shepherd has the sheep’s interests at heart.

A robber and a thief are only looking out for their own interests, not the interests of the sheep.

John 10:10 The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; …

Prophecy:

And what does this mean?

That if it was in the interest of the robber and the thief to kill the sheep and eat it, he would kill the sheep and eat it without a thought?

He does not think of the sheep.

The thief is only thinking of himself, or herself.

The thief wants, and takes.

The shepherd looks out for the need of the sheep.

He cares that the sheep is well tended.

You will know a good shepherd when you see a thriving flock, with many lambs.

Lambs have even more special needs,

they can’t walk as fast or as far,

they need to be corralled,

when there are lambs they need to be put apart from the main body, so they don’t get trampled.

The mothers and the infant sheep need to have a place to sleep, to rest, to nurse.

Stewart did not want the young mothers nursing their infants, because he cared nothing for the sheep.

He didn’t care for the children, nor the young mothers and they listened to his counsel,

because they did not know his voice,

they did not know the voice of peace,

the voice of comfort,

the voice of blessing,

the voice of hope,

the voice of truth,

they knew Stewart’s voice and they listened to it.

End of story.

They replaced the voice of the Lord with the voice of Stewart.

John 10:10 The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I came that they may have life, and have it abundantly.

Prophecy:

Jesus is life!

Jesus is the way!

Jesus the truth!

Jesus is life!

He’s interested in the life of the sheep!

He’s interested in the life of his servants!

He’s interested in life, period! (Jn 5:26)

For he is life and life comes forth from him and all who know him and hear his voice are living, have life and have it in abundance!

When you did not hear the voice of the Lord, your life was darkness or 'no life', for life has light.

Life has all good things that pertain to life.

This was why Jesus came!

This was his hearts desire!

This was his intention!

This was his interest!

He came to give what he is: Life!

He came that life might be received!

He came that life might be experienced!

I came that they might have life and have it abundantly.(Jn 10:10)

John 10:11 I am the good shepherd. The good shepherd lays down his life for the sheep.

Prophecy:

Jesus is "the" again!

“the” meaning,

"the" sole proprietor,

"the" sole owner,

"the" one and only,

"the" genuine article of goodness,

No one is good but God alone (Mk 10:18, Lk 18:19), the shepherd said to his disciples.

And yet he said: ‘If you see the Father, then you see me’(Jn 14:9, Jn 10:30).

Therefore, he was saying, “I am the mirror image of the Father”

If the Father is good, than I am good.

“Follow me” he said, would that they could follow him!

In order to follow anyone you must:

See them!

Hear them!

Know them!

Seek them!

He who seeks the Lord, finds the Lord!

He who seeks to be like the Lord:

Looks to see what the Lord is like.

Once he sees what the Lord is like and knows that he is not like him, he says,

“Lord God, I need to be like you, but I have this, this, this, and this, cleanse me Lord that I might be like you!”

For anyone who hopes in him becomes purified,(I Jn 3:3) by the hope, by the heart interest.

If you have interest in being good and you follow after good, then you will become good. For he who seeks: finds!

Jesus is good, because God is good and he who follows God and he who follows Jesus, finds who God is and finds who Jesus is.

God is life, the author of life and hope.

Jesus is life.

God is good, Jesus is good.

God is light, Jesus is light.

God offers hope, and Jesus is the way to receive that hope.

The shepherd sometimes works hard, or I will say, always works hard, for there is always something else to do.

When you have a flock of sheep, they’re always bleating: “Bah, bah, bah, bah” and the good shepherd listens to the sheep and the sheep listen to the shepherd.

John 10:12 He who is a hireling and not a shepherd, whose own the sheep are not, sees the wolf coming and leaves the sheep and flees; and the wolf snatches them and scatters them.

Prophecy:

And what is the wolf?

The wolf is someone, or something, or anything that wants to oppress or ravage the sheep.

The wolf has teeth.

The wolf is always hungry.

A hireling cares nothing for the sheep.

When danger approaches, the hireling runs.

The shepherd will stand between the wolf and the sheep.

He will stand up to the wolf in anyway he can:

with a club,

with a rod,

with a rock,

with anything he has,

he will protect the sheep from the wolf.

And I will say to you this:

the wolf in this case is the enemy, but I say to you, wolves travel in packs, this is talking about the head wolf, but I am saying, wolves travel in packs and anyone who tries to snatch a sheep away from its shepherd, has wolf characteristics.

John 10:14 I am the good shepherd; I know my own and my own know me, John 10:15 as the Father knows me and I know the Father; and I lay down my life for the sheep.

Prophecy:

Again, this is about relationship.

This is about relationship, knowing:

Jesus knows the father,

Jesus knows the sheep,

the sheep know Jesus,

Jesus works to provide pasture for the sheep or all that the sheep need.

The Father is concerned for the sheep,

For the sheep are his concern.

If the Lord Jesus did not see his Father loving the sheep, he would not know to love the sheep!

The Lord Jesus follows his Father and believes and trusts in his father.

If the sheep are important to Jesus, know then that they were first important to the Lord God!

It is important to know the Father and the only way to know the Father is through Jesus.(Jn 14:6)

John 10:18 No one takes it from me …

Prophecy:

Indeed! Indeed! No one takes it from me!

No one can take anything from you!

For you are after my own heart!

And though they would try to take something from you, indeed, no one can!

For you are your own person and it is important to accept yourself as you are, for this is what is valuable!

Look at how much value I place on knowing you, and that I know you and that you know me, and that I am in the Father and the Father in me!

The Lord your God values you!

The Lord your God values knowing you!

The Lord your God values you coming to know yourself and bringing yourself to the Lord!

That I might know you!

That you might know me!

And that in knowing each other blessings can go forth!

For what value is there in being deceptive?

(Jan: Yeah, that’s right, always hiding.)

The Lord God wants you to trust in who you are and be truthful about who you are and what you’re about and what you value.

What is the point in having a relationship if it’s not based on the truth?

Oh, let’s sit down and lie to one another and call it, truth? (Jan: Or call it a relationship)

Without truth there is no relationship!

(Cynthia: That was intense, I'm glad the Lord shared that. The verse was: No one takes it from me..Jn 10:18 and I had this sense that it was really of strong importance that we shouldn't live in fear that people can rob us of our relationship with God or our salvation (Jan: yeah) that its so intimate and intricately entwined that we shouldn't think that anyone could break us up, because we're so closely entwined. (Jan: Yeah, I love that, when he said I value you, it made me feel so good, that he values me.)

WOULD YOU LIKE A BLESSING?
